RECITALS
WHEREAS, Bloggerword is a platform that publishes a variety of articles across multiple niches, and
WHEREAS, the Author wishes to contribute articles to the Website under the terms and conditions outlined herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Author will provide original content ("Articles") to Bloggerword. The Author agrees to create, submit, and grant rights to use the Articles as per the terms stated herein.
2. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS**
2.1 SEO-Friendly Content
The Author agrees to create and submit Articles that are optimized for search engines, following Bloggerword’s SEO guidelines. This includes:
- Using targeted SEO keywords, as specified by Bloggerword or identified by the Author through research.
- Proper use of headings (H1, H2, H3, etc.) to structure the content.
- Implementing internal and external links where appropriate.
- Utilizing alt text for images and ensuring that all multimedia content is optimized for SEO.
2.2 Originality and Copyright
The Author warrants that all content submitted to Bloggerword is original and does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights. Specifically:
- The Author must not submit any content that has been published elsewhere unless given explicit permission by Bloggerword.
- The Author is responsible for securing permissions for any third-party content, including images, quotes, or other media, included in their Articles.
2.3 Prohibition on AI-Written Content
The Author must not use AI writing tools (e.g., GPT-based text generators) to create or generate content for submission. All content must be authentically written by the Author. The use of AI tools is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Bloggerword for specific purposes.
2.4 Meta Descriptions and SEO Keywords
Each Article must include:
- A meta description of no more than 155 characters.
- A list of relevant SEO keywords.
The meta description should succinctly summarize the content of the Article and encourage click-throughs from search engine results.
2.5 Plagiarism
- The Author must ensure that all content submitted is free from plagiarism. A maximum of 20% similarity with other content (as detected by plagiarism detection tools) is permissible, provided it is properly cited or quoted.
- Content exceeding 20% similarity will be rejected and may result in termination of the Agreement if repeated offenses occur.
3. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
3.1 Format and Structure
The Author must adhere to the submission guidelines provided by Bloggerword, including but not limited to:
- Submission in specified formats (e.g., Word, Google Docs).
- Adherence to word count limits.
- Consistency with the style guide provided by Bloggerword.
3.2 Deadlines
The Author agrees to submit content by the deadlines set by Bloggerword. Failure to meet deadlines without prior notification may result in the refusal of the Article and potential termination of this Agreement.
4. EDITORIAL RIGHTS AND REVIEW PROCESS
4.1 Editorial Control
Bloggerword reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any submitted content to ensure that it meets the standards of the Website. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Editing for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization.
- Modifying the structure of the Article to fit the Website’s format.
- Removing or replacing any content that does not align with Bloggerword’s brand voice or violates this Agreement.
**4.2 Review and Feedback**
Bloggerword will provide feedback on the submitted content as necessary. The Author agrees to make revisions based on the feedback provided within a reasonable timeframe. Articles may go through multiple rounds of edits before publication.
5. PAYMENT AND COMPENSATION
5.1 Compensation Terms
The Author will be compensated for approved and published Articles at the rate agreed upon by both parties. The payment schedule and terms will be outlined in a separate document or email communication.
5.2 Payment Method
Payments will be made via [ bank transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI ] Advance of publication. Currently Its Free for 15-Aug-2025
5.3 Taxes
The Author is responsible for all taxes associated with the payments received from Bloggerword. Bloggerword will not withhold any taxes from payments.
6. LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT
6.1 Grant of License
The Author grants Bloggerword a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote the Articles across its platform and any affiliated channels. This includes the right to:
- Reproduce and display the Articles on the Website.
- Distribute the Articles through any social media, email newsletters, or other promotional channels.
- Modify or adapt the Articles for use on different platforms or in various formats.
6.2 Attribution
Bloggerword will credit the Author with appropriate attribution, including the Author's name and a brief bio (if provided). The Author’s byline will accompany the Articles wherever they are published by Bloggerword.
6.3 Copyright Retention
The Author retains the copyright to their Articles, subject to the license granted to Bloggerword herein. The Author may request the removal of their content from the Website with 30 days' written notice, provided that such removal does not affect any prior commitments or third-party rights.
7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
7.1 By the Author
The Author represents and warrants that:
- They have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
- All content submitted is original, not defamatory, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the creation and submission of content.
7.2 By Bloggerword
Bloggerword represents and warrants that:
- It has the right to publish the content on its Website and affiliated platforms.
- It will provide appropriate attribution to the Author for all published content.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Author agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided by Bloggerword, including but not limited to editorial guidelines, unpublished articles, and internal communications. Such information may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Bloggerword.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION**
9.1 Term
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until terminated by either party as outlined below.
9.2 Termination by Either Party
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.
- Bloggerword may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Author breaches any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to submitting plagiarized or AI-written content.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- The Author shall cease submitting content to Bloggerword.
- Bloggerword may continue to use previously submitted content under the terms of the license granted herein.
- All unpaid compensation for published content will be paid within 3 days of termination.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2 Mediation
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation in Bloggerword Representative (support@bloggerword.com) 2nd (rajkamal@bloggerword.com)
10.3 Arbitration
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the [Insert Arbitration Body, e.g., American Arbitration Association]. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings.
11.2 Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
11.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.4 Waiver
No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach, nor shall any waiver be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.
11.5 Assignment
The Author may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Bloggerword. Bloggerword may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or successor in interest.
11.6 Notices
Any notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the respective parties at the addresses provided herein, or such other addresses as may be designated by notice from one party to the other.
12. SIGNATURES
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
